SSI Group in cooperation with Bangsaphan Fishery Office and Bangsaphan Local Fishery Network arranged the activity to develop Bangsaphan Local Fishery Network on sustainable basis by laying fish aggregating devices (FADs) in 5 areas in the sea for the distance of 3 kilometers around Klong Pakpid Beach, Pong Prasat Sub-district as they can serve as the shelters for young aquatic animals, thus, they can help to increase the number of aquatic animals, prevent usage of illegal fishery tools or prevent large fishing boats from entering to the coastal areas. Mr. Lertyos Yamprai, Chief Bangsaphan District graciously presided over this activity where the management of SSI Group, Bangsaphan Fishery Office, Mayor of Bangsaphan Fishery Association, Chairman of Bangsaphan Local Fishery Network and the local people participated in this activity.
