SSI Group (SSI-TCRSS-WCE-PPC) recently organized the 2025 Annual Supplier Seminar under the theme “Towards Smart, Sustainable, and Environmentally Friendly Procurement.” The seminar was presided over by Mr. Manin Inprom, Vice President – General Administration of Thai Cold Rolled Steel Sheet Public Company Limited (TCRSS).
The event featured detailed briefings on procurement policies, contracting practices, and environmental impact mitigation initiatives of the SSI Group. It also covered business overviews from each company within the group, fostering open dialogue and strengthening buyer-supplier relationships.
Exhibitions from SSI Group companies, engaging activities with prize giveaways, and keynote presentations added vibrancy to the event. Notably, Dr. Sirintip Juntueng, Head of Center of Environmental Excellence of SSI Group, delivered a special lecture on “Carbon Emission Reduction for a Sustainable Environmental Future,” while Ms. Pitchaya Loychirakul, Senior Attorney and Legal Counsellor of SSI Group, spoke on “Laws, PDPA, and the Collective Fight Against Corruption.”
The seminar concluded with an awards ceremony recognizing outstanding suppliers of 2024. A total of 8 suppliers received commemorative plaques, and 26 were awarded certificates for excellence in product quality, pricing, punctual delivery, service standards, and social responsibility — key principles upheld by the SSI Group. Over 250 participants attended the seminar, which took place on March 21 at the Ocean Wing Conference Hall, Suanson Pradipat, Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan.
SSI Group continues to implement environmentally responsible procurement practices and emphasizes fair, transparent, and auditable supply chain management. Suppliers are also encouraged to align with SSI’s anti-corruption and anti-bribery policies to foster sustainable growth and trustworthy business partnerships.
