Ms. Pannee Sriyudhsak, Director-General of the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, handed over Thailand Outstanding Role Model Company Award for Safety, Occupational Health and Working Environment 2016 (5th consecutive year) to Mr. Manin Inprom, Vice President of Manufacturing of Sahaviriya Steel Industries Plc. (SSI), at Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre, on 30 June 2016. In addition, Thai Cold Rolled Steel Sheet Public Company Limited and Prachuap Port Co. Ltd., affiliates of SSI Group, also received the award for their 10th and 6th consecutive year, respectively.
