Steel Sheet Co., Ltd. (TCS) increased its share

million to Baht 3,400 million. As a result, shareholding
by SSI in TCS diluted from

SSI established Internal Audit
Office with the emphasis on transparency in
conducting its business.
Successful debt
restructuring, creating a more viable financial
framework, reducing interest burden, and enhancing
liquidity. All loans were converted into Baht-denominated
debt, which completely reduced outstanding foreign
exchange exposure.

SSI established
the Level 1 American Depositary Receipts (ADR) with
a total size of 10 million ADRs. The ADR program
allows foreign investors to deposit alien board
shares with the Depositary in exchange of USD-denominated
ADR at the ratio of 20 shares per 1 ADR and trade
them over-the-counter.

In accordance
to capital restructuring plan, SSI issued 1,080
million new ordinary
shares to West Coast Engineering Co., Ltd. at the
price of Baht 0.01 per share. This
plan enabled SSI to write off a significant amount
of its retained deficit and improve its capital
structure.
